ACCIONA Energía are committed to prioritising job opportunities for locals. Early works at the Aldoga Solar Farm have been underway since early 2024. Our project will create 350 direct jobs over its 18-month construction period, kicking off Gladstone’s renewable energy industry.
ACCIONA Energía is establishing a Community Engagement Committee (CEC) to provide a forum for open discussion between ACCIONA Energía, the community and other stakeholders on issues relating to the solar farm’s construction activities, operations, and community relations.
The 2024 Aldoga Small Grants Program is now open for applications, closing 5 August 2024.
