This ensures that benefits flow directly into the communities and regions where we operate.

We are looking for our Operations Team now.

The Operations Team will consist of fourteen site-based workers. These permanent roles are required for the solar farm's 30-year life expectancy.

ACCIONA Energía and all contractors will source local employees with relevant skills and backgrounds wherever possible. Jobs we are looking to fill in the Operations Team are:

PV Technician Roles

Our team is now recruiting for Photovoltaic (PV) Technicians to help us operate the 480MWp solar farm as we get ready to start the commissioning process.

We are looking for team members with an appropriate Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate and electrical trades must be able to hold a valid QLD “A Grade” Electrical License.

You will play a key role in helping to maintain our electrical and mechanical systems on site to ensure the safety and efficiency of our solar operations.

The Aldoga Solar Farm features 820,000 solar PV modules and is situated within the Gladstone State Development area.

We’re getting ready to ramp up commissioning activities and we expect full operations will commence in late 2025.
