About the Waubra Wind Farm Community Fund Inc.

Established in 2009 and now valued at approximately $100,000 annually, the Waubra Wind Farm Community Fund Inc. is administered by a group of 16 community organisations from the local area, with funds being used in support of their projects, as well as the broader community.

The Community Fund is a separate incorporated entity, established with the construction of the Waubra Wind Farm, to provide funds for a range of activities in the Wind Farm area.

ACCIONA Energía as operator of the Wind Farm provide funds annually to support projects. Decisions about projects are made annually by the funds members, who represent the full range of community and service groups in the wind farm area.
