The Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) have now published the referral documents under the Environment Effects Act 1978  for the proposed Tall Tree Wind Farm.

The next steps for the project are as follow:

1. DTP will review the documents for adequacy and the Minister will determine the need for an Environmental Effects Statement (EES).

1. If an EES is required, the matters to be investigated and documented in an EES are set out in scoping requirements issued by the Minister. Draft scoping requirements are prepared and released for public comment before finalising.

While it may be some time before we know the formal consultation process and timing, we remain committed to keeping our community informed and engaged.
