Following our communication last week, we wanted to inform you that the Federal Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water have now validated our Environmental referral for the proposed Tall Tree Wind Farm project.

There is a window of ten business days when the public can provide feedback on the EPBC project documentation. You can find out about the EPBC Act decision process here, including how to submit a comment.

We also wanted to take this opportunity to advise community that we have recently resubmitted to the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) the referral and associated maps with minor updates. Lower Plains Road had been included in the study and impact areas for the impact assessments, however it was identified that this had not been included in the overall referral area. This has now been rectified. We anticipate this will be updated on the DTP portal shortly.
