4 March 2026

On Wednesday, 4th March, the Team at the Aldoga Solar Farm hosted the amazing women of the 2026 cohort of the Future Queensland: Rural Women’s Leadership Program. The site visit was jointly organised by Energy Leadership Australia (ELA), RRR Women - Rural, Regional and Remote Women (Queensland Rural, Regional and Remote Women's Network) and the ACCIONA Energía Community Team.

The Deputy Mayor of Gladstone Regional Council, Natalia Muszkat came to site and shared her knowledge and thoughts about how Gladstone is living the economic and energy transition in real time. Natalia said "Our region has powered Queensland for decades through heavy industry, LNG and manufacturing, and projects like the Aldoga Solar Farm show how the next chapter is also being written here."
