Wallaby Creek Wind Farm is a proposed renewable energy project with generating capacity of up to 236MW. The proposed project, located on around 8,800 hectares of land in Narromine Shire, will consist of up to 38 wind turbines, battery storage, and associated infrastructure. The project is proposed to connect to Essential Energy’s 132kV Narromine South Switching Station, located approximately 10km north of the project.

The proposed location of the Project is northwest of the Newell Highway, approximately 3.5 km southwest of the town centre of Narromine at its closest point and 15 km north of the township of Tomingley, within the Orana region of NSW. The site is located on both sides of Tantitha and Pinedene Roads, in the Narromine Shire.
